Carriers
Most checks go out within 21 days. If you want faster payment, you can choose Next Day Quick Pay for a 5% fee or a 7-day mailed option for a 3% fee.
Give us a call immediately and give us all the details of the accident. We’ll work directly with your insurance company and the trailer owner to get everything taken care of.
A: Yes. You can reach us 24/7. After 5:00 MST, call (801) 441-5800 and select the after hours option.
Each move can vary, but typically load-outs are available to be out for 5-7 days. Tow-aways are calculated based on 500 miles per-day from pick-up to delivery.
Carriers need to have at least six (6) months of authority to qualify.
A: We verify carrier insurance directly with the insurance provider. Insurance documents must come from the insurance company, and if there are any discrepancies, questions, or concerns, we contact the insurer directly to confirm coverage and policy details. You get a simpler process, and trailer owners get added peace of mind.
As a carrier, you just need adequate insurance to cover the value of the trailer in case of an accident. You typically need $1mm in auto liability, $100k in cargo, and a minimum of $40k in non-owned, trailer interchange, or Bailee’s coverage. If you’re getting set on a trailer that’s worth $60k, your non-owned, trailer interchange, or Bailee’s would need to be at least $60k.
You need 3 months of authority, a good safety record, and enough non-owned, trailer interchange, or bailee’s insurance to cover the trailer’s value. You will also complete onboarding through DAT.
A load-out is a trailer that you can haul and add your own freight. These typically pay carriers less than tow-aways because you’re allowed to haul your own freight. Load-outs have a longer delivery window to allow you to deliver your freight and then drop the trailer off.
A tow-away is a trailer that needs to be delivered without any cargo. These typically pay carriers more and have a shorter delivery window.
We relocate many trailer types, including semi-trailers and other towable units. If you are not sure about your trailer, contact us and we will let you know if we can move it.
Start with onboarding through DAT. Once that is done, give us a call. We will review your authority, insurance, and safety record, then get you set up.
We work across North America. Send us your pickup and delivery locations, and we will look for a qualified carrier for your lane.
Trailer Owners
We have someone on-call 24/7 to assist our carriers and customers. In the event you need to get a hold of us after 5:00 MST, just call (866) 458-2600 and someone will be ready to help.
Each move can vary, but we typically advise load-outs to be out for 5-7 days and tow-aways based on 500 miles-per-day. None of our trailers are out longer than 7 days, while other brokers allow carriers to use the trailer for up to 14.
Our staff personally reaches out to each carrier’s insurance company to obtain certificates and confirm that coverage is sufficient. This allows carriers to focus on picking up and delivering and lends trailer owners the peace of mind that their trailer is in good hands.
